STEP 2: ANNUAL ENROLLMENT CONFIRMATION
The first day of school is Tuesday, August 11, 2020.
All families will need to complete Steps 1-7 in the Aeries Parent Portal in order to receive your student's teacher assignment or schedule. Important Note: Please click Final Data Confirmation to ensure your enrollment is complete. Each student in a family needs their own Data Confirmation.
Update/Add Student Information Online
The Lafayette School District uses the Aeries Parent Portal for managing student information. The Lafayette School District requires the completion of the following updates and forms prior to attending your school’s Mascot Day in August or the first day of school. You will need to access this system to make any necessary updates and/or confirm your child(ren)’s medical history, personal and emergency contact information, as well as provide district authorizations. Sign Two Forms: Handbook Acknowledgement and Tech Usage
Please download, print and sign the PDF below which contains the “Parent/Student Handbook Acknowledgement Form” and "Student Responsible Technology Use Agreement Form". Review the Parent/Student Handbook and Technology Policy with your child(ren) and sign the forms for each Stanley student found in your August mailer before bringing to Mascot Day. Please note: each form requires both a parent and student signature.
